Why do I always find stupid questions or stupidity in general when I drink something like coffee? Never mind it's just rhetorical question.

After reading it I decided to dig through posts and found this one. Old news but here is your answer why it has been done.

A site where unintelligent primates are gathering to listen to their leader GFSLEGION's and Grummel83's unintelligent frack. Every intelligent human being would've understood somebody's approximate location, accounts and insults aren't enough to blame her or anybody else for any type of bullying.

All you need is good reputation, many watchers and then you can say whatever you like about anyone when you're harassed for example. People won't even ask you for evidence that can prove what you've said is true. They'll have enough with evidence that just proves from where all that harassment came from.  A lot of people have become unintelligent primates or as one of the poem's submitted there says hungry primitives. Apparently their life are so ratty that they have nothing better to do than wreck other people's life with lies. Incredibly stupid is when people believe also lies as girl was freaking out always when GFSLEGION can prove girl has freaked out few times forgetting to think about few times isn't always. People will also believe facts that are taken out from context. Basically you don't need evidence there that would prove what you've said is true. Just good reputation, many watchers and someone who's harassing you for example and people will believe everything even if that's bullshit or simply can't be proven.  

The recipe how to wreck somebody's life on deviantART in short is looks like that

Good reputation+many watchers+ facts taken out from context+harassment (as example) + evidence that doesn't prove everything you've said is true and just proves from where all that harassment came from=you've wrecked somebody's life on deviantART.
